Private and Team Training

Can I split a training session with a friend?

Yes! Up to three people can split a training session at Coach Teel’s facility.

 

Can you come to my house if I have a home gym?

Yes! Coach Teel does travel. Please contact her for pricing, which is dependent on how far she is traveling.

 

Is it possible to do a hybrid of in-person private training and remote programming?

Yes! Coach Teel can work with you on setting up a plan to achieve your training goals through a combination of in-person and remote sessions.

 

Can I train if I have an injury or limitation?

Yes! Coach Teel can work around any limitation or injury to help you progress toward your goals. Regardless of your current physical condition, there is a safe way to train.

 

My child is in season or is playing multiple sports, is it still safe for them to train?

Yes! Training in season is very beneficial as it helps prevent strength losses and correct imbalances that could lead to injury if not addressed. Based on your child’s schedule, we can determine the best days to train and the volume that is appropriate. Don’t wait until it’s too late! Many injuries that occur in younger athletes are preventable with the right strength and conditioning program.

 

How does team training work?

Coach Teel can come to the team’s practice facility for onsite training sessions. She also contracts with local facilities that can accommodate larger groups. Programming of each session is determined based on the age, sport, and needs of the team. Please contact Coach Teel for pricing, as there are many options to work within a booster club or team budget.

Remote Programming

What equipment do I need?

Coach Teel can work with any equipment that is at your disposal. All programming is personalized to fit your goals and training environment.

 

Do you do remote assessments?

Yes. The first month of programming includes a remote assessment where you video yourself at home performing certain movements. This will allow Coach Teel to understand your strengths and weaknesses to determine the appropriate programming.

 

What if I need coaching help?

You can reach out anytime regarding questions that arise. Remote programming also includes a 20-min weekly check in, where we review any questions or concerns, as well as any videos you take of yourself during your workouts.
